Effect of inhibiting tyrosine kinase Src expression on protein phosphatase 2A and tau phosphorylation

摘要: The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of tyrosine kinase Src on Tyrosine 307(Y307) phosphorylation, protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A) activity, and on tau phosphorylation. Specific Src siRNA was transfected into cultured mouse neuroblastoma N2a cells to inhibit the expression of Src protein, and the phosphorylation levels of PP2A Y307 and tau at different sites, as well as PP2A activity were detected at different time points after siRNA transfection. Twelve hours after siRNA transfection, the protein level of Src was dramatically decreased, with decreased PP2A Y307 phosphorylation. However, the total PP2A protein level was also decreased, together with a decreased PP2A activity. Tau was hyperphosphorylated at the Ser198/199/202 sites. Multiple factors may be involved in the cellular regulation of PP2A activity. Inhibiting Src expression could induce inactivation of PP2A and tau hyperphosphorylation.

麦秸粉与HDPE/PP基复合材料的制备及性能研究

摘要:

本文采用麦秸粉为增强体,分别与高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)、聚丙烯(PP)热塑性塑料基体采用挤出方式混合制备木塑复合材料,研究麦秸粉与HDPE、PP的配比对复合材料性能的影响。加入少量麦秸粉使木塑复合材料力学性能降低,随着麦秸粉含量的增加,复合材料的力学性能呈提高的趋势;当麦秸粉含量超过一定比例时,木塑复合材料力学性能降低,且冲击性能降低明显;本次试验HDPE基木塑复合材料力学强度略高于PP

Effect of TiO 2 loading on the activity of V/TiO 2 -Al 2 O 3 in the catalytic oxidehydrogenation of ethylbenzene

摘要: TiO-AlOmixed oxides with different compositions ranging from 40wt-% to 95wt-% of TiO were prepared by sol-gel method and impregnated with different amounts of VO. Supports and catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), physisorption, temperature preprogrammed reduction (H-TPR), and ammonia temperature programmed desorption (NH-TPD). TiO content in the support had obvious effect on the crystal structure, texture characteristic, acid property, and catalytic activity in dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene (EB) with carbon dioxide. The highest catalytic activity was acquired when the TiO content was 50 wt-%.

Interfacial charge transfer and photocatalytic activity in a reverse designed BiO/TiO core-shell

摘要: In this study, the electronic and photocatalytic properties of core-shell heterojunctions photocatalysts with reversible configuration of TiO2 and Bi2O3 layers were studied. The core-shell nanostructure, obtained by efficient control of the sol-gel polymerization and impregnation method of variable precursors of semiconductors, makes it possible to study selectively the role of the interfacial charge transfer in each configuration. The morphological, optical, and chemical composition of the core-shell nanostructures were characterized by high-resolution transmission electron microscopy, UV-visible spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The results show the formation of homogenous TiO2 anatase and Bi2O3 layers with a thickness of around 10 and 8 nm, respectively. The interfacial charge carrier dynamic was tracked using time resolved microwave conductivity and transition photocurrent density. The charge transfer, their density, and lifetime were found to rely on the layout layers in the core-shell nanostructure. In optimal core-shell design, Bi2O3 collects holes from TiO2, leaving electrons free to react and increase by 5 times the photocatalytic efficiency toward H2 generation. This study provides new insight into the importance of the design and elaboration of optimal heterojunction based on the photocatalyst system to improve the photocatalytic activity.

Synthesis and characterization of macromolecular surface modifier PP--PEG for polypropylene

摘要: A novel macromolecular surface modifier, polypropylene-grafted-poly(ethylene glycol) copolymer (PP--PEG), was synthesized by coupling polypropylene containing maleic anhydride with monohydroxyl-terminated poly(ethylene glycol). The effects of the reaction condition on the graft reactions were studied. The copolymers were characterized by IR, H NMR, thermogravimetry (TG) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The results indicated that the graft reactions were hindered by increasing the molecular weight of PP or PEG. The graft copolymer was found to have a higher initial thermal degradation temperature and lower crystallization capacity as compared with pure PP, and the side chain of PEG hindered the PP chain from forming a perfect ? crystal. The thermal stability of PP--PEG decreased with the increasing content or molecular weight of PEG. The copolymers were blended with polypropylene to modify the surface hydrophilicity of the products. The results of attenuated total reflectance FTIR spectroscopy (ATR-FTIR) showed that PP--PEG could diffuse preferably onto the surface of the blends and be suitable as an effectual macromolecular surface modifier for PP.

Preparation and properties of nano SiO2 core-shell structured additives and their nanocomposite with

摘要: To improve the performance of traditional nucleation additives and their compatibility with other additives, as well as to solve complex problems in practical applications, SiO precursors were reactively grafted in situ with the symmetrical hydroxyl groups of the nucleation agents. With this approach, the dissymmetrical part of the nucleation agents plays an important role. As a result, the prepared composite additive the nanoparticle precursor (NPP0) produces excellent results. The NPP0-PP composite has a transparency of over 93%, haze lower than 15%, and a heat distortion temperature (HDT) of 142?C, which is more than the 110?C of the pure PP matrix. In addition, it maintains over 90% of the mechanical properties with a deformation coefficient less than 1%. This indicates a strong nanoeffect.

Synthesis of TiO2 nano-particles and their photocatalytic activity for formaldehyde and methyl orange

摘要: TiO nano-particles were synthesized by sol-gel technique and characterized by X-ray diffractometer (XRD) and transmission electron microscope (TEM). Their photocatalytic activities for formaldehyde (FA) and methyl orange (MO) degradation were tested using degradation rate (η) as an evaluation index. Based on the orthogonal test results, the optimal condition for TiO preparation was obtained. Results showed that particle sizes were in the range of 10 40 nm, and that prepared TiO had better photocatalytic activity than P25. A simplified model was developed to evaluate the apparent quantum efficiency (Φapp) of this photocatalytic reaction system.

Synthesis, insecticidal activities and DFT study of pyrimidin-4-amine derivatives containing the 1,2,4

摘要: Twenty six novel pyrimidin-4-amine derivatives containing the 1,2,4-oxadiazole motif were synthesized. Their chemical structures were confirmed by 1H nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), 13C NMR, and high-resolution mass spectrography. The insecticidal activity results indicated that some of them possessed excellent insecticidal activity (100%) against Mythimna separate, especially for compounds 6d, 6f, 6o, 6w, 6y and 6z. These compounds exhibited no activity against the insects Aphis medicagini and Tetranychus cinnabarinus. The structure- insecticidal activity relationships are discussed. Density functional theory analysis can potentially be used to design more active compounds. These results provide useful insecticide design information for further optimization.

Synthesis and anticancer activity of (+)-nopinone-based 2-amino-3-cyanopyridines

摘要: Twelve (+)-nopinone-based 2-amino-3-cyanopyridines 4a–l were synthesized from (–)-β-pinene. The structures of these compounds were characterized by FT-IR, H NMR, and ESI-MS. All the compounds were tested for their anticancer activity against lung cancer cell line A549, gastric cancer cell line MKN45 and breast cancer cell line MCF7 by MTT method, respectively. The results showed that compounds 4f, 4j and 4k had promising anticancer activity against these cancer cell lines, in particular, compound 4f exhibited broad-spectrum and highly efficient anticancer activity against cell lines A549, MKN45 and MCF7 with IC of 23.78, 67.61 and 53.87 µmol·L , respectively. The preliminary analysis of the structure activity relationship implied that the Br or Cl substituted group of the benzene ring in these derivatives significantly contributed to the anticancer activity.

Effects of preparation methods on the activity of CuO/CeO

摘要: CO oxidation has been investigated on three CuO/CeO catalysts prepared by impregnation, co-precipitation and mechanical mixing. The origin of active sites was explored by the multiple techniques. The catalyst prepared by impregnation has more highly dispersed CuO and stronger interactions between CuO and CeO to promote the reduction of CuO to Cu species at the Cu-Ce interface, leading to its highest catalytic activity. For the catalyst prepared by co-precipitation, solid solution structures observed in Raman spectra suppress the formation of the Cu-Ce interface, where the adsorbed CO will react with active lattice oxygen to form CO , and thus it displays a lower catalytic performance. No Cu-Ce interface exists in the catalyst prepared by the mechanical mixing method due to the separate phases of CuO and CeO , resulting in its lowest activity among the three catalysts.

Plasmonic Au nanoparticles supported on both sides of TiO2 hollow spheres for maximising photocatalyticactivity under visible light

摘要: A strategy of intensifying the visible light harvesting ability of anatase TiO hollow spheres (HSs) was developed, in which both sides of TiO HSs were utilised for stabilising Au nanoparticles (NPs) through the sacrificial templating method and convex surface-induced confinement. The composite structure of single Au NP yolk-TiO shell-Au NPs, denoted as Au@Au(TiO , was rendered and confirmed by the transmission electron microscopy analysis. Au@Au(TiO showed enhanced photocatalytic activity in the degradation of methylene blue and phenol in aqueous phase under visible light surpassing that of other reference materials such as Au(TiO by 77% and Au@P25 by 52%, respectively, in phenol degradation.

Facile synthesis and enhanced visible-light photocatalytic activity of Ti

摘要: Ti -doped TiO nanosheets with tunable phase composition (doped TiO (A/R)) were synthesized via a hydrothermal method with high surface area anatase TiO nanosheets TiO (A) as a substrate, structure directing agent, and inhibitor; the activity was evaluated using a probe reaction-photocatalytic CO conversion to methane under visible light irradiation with H as an electron donor and hydrogen source. High-resolution transmission electron microscope (HRTEM), field emission scanning electron microscope, UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectra, and X-ray diffraction (XRD) etc., were used to characterize the photocatalysts. XRD and HRTEM measurements confirmed the existence of anatase-rutile phase junction, while Ti and single-electron-trapped oxygen vacancy in the doped TiO (A/R) photocatalyst were revealed byelectron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) measurements. Effects of hydrothermal synthesis temperature and the amount of added anatase TiO on the photocatalytic activity were elucidated. Significantly enhanced photocatalytic activity of doped TiO (A/R) was observed; under the optimized synthesis conditions, CH generation rate of doped TiO (A/R) was 2.3 times that of Ti -doped rutile TiO .

木粉/聚丙烯复合材料的非等温结晶动力学分析

摘要:

通过共混造粒热压方法制备聚丙烯(PP)基木塑复合材料(WPC),用差示扫描量热法研究其非等温结晶行为,分别用Jeziorny 法和Mo法对所得的数据进行处理分析结果表明:Jeziorny 法和Mo法能较理想地处理PP 基WPC的非等温结晶过程,复合材料中木粉的加入缩短了结晶时间,提高了PP 的结晶温度,降低了结晶速率。

Characterization and catalytic activity of soft-templated NiO-CeO

摘要: Nanosized NiO, CeO and NiO-CeO mixed oxides with different Ni/Ce molar ratios were prepared by the soft template method. All the samples were characterized by different techniques as to their chemical composition, structure, morphology and texture. On the catalysts submitted to the same reduction pretreatment adopted for the activity tests the surface basic properties and specific metal surface area were also determined. NiO and CeO nanocrystals of about 4 nm in size were obtained, regardless of the Ni/Ce molar ratio. The Raman and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy results proved the formation of defective sites at the NiO-CeO interface, where Ni species are in strong interaction with the support. The microcalorimetric and Fourier transform infrared analyses of the reduced samples highlighted that, unlike metallic nickel, CeO is able to effectively adsorb CO , forming carbonates and hydrogen carbonates. After reduction in H at 400 °C for 1 h, the catalytic performance was studied in the CO and CO co-methanation reaction. Catalytic tests were performed at atmospheric pressure and 300 °C, using CO/CO /H molar compositions of 1/1/7 or 1/1/5, and space velocities equal to 72000 or 450000 cm ∙h ∙g . Whereas CO was almost completely hydrogenated in any investigated experimental conditions, CO conversion was strongly affected by both the CO/CO /H ratio and the space velocity. The faster and definitely preferred CO hydrogenation was explained in the light of the different mechanisms of CO and CO methanation. On a selected sample, the influence of the reaction temperature and of a higher number of space velocity values, as well as the stability, were also studied. Provided that the Ni content is optimized, the NiCe system investigated was very promising, being highly active for the CO co-methanation reaction in a wide range of operating conditions and stable (up to 50 h) also when submitted to thermal stress.
